Infant
Baptisms
Our program prepares parents for the baptism of their first baby/child to be
baptized into the Catholic faith at St. Joseph Church.
There is a one session baptismal preparation class for parents of
firstborn children held on the 2nd Friday of every other month at 7:00 PM in
Mogilka Hall. Parishioner parents
should call 633-8284 to register. Arrangements
for baptism are made at these sessions. After
having attended a session for their first child, arrangements for baptism of
additional children in the family are made simply by calling the pastor.
Baptisms
are usually celebrated on a Sunday afternoon at 12:15 PM. Other arrangements can be made when possible.

Marriage
Preparations
Arrangements for all marriages must be made at least 6 months before the
proposed wedding date. This is to
allow time for the proper preparation of the couple in accord with the Common
Policy for Marriage Preparation required by all Wisconsin Dioceses.

The reception of this sacrament takes place during the Easter season.
Reception is open to students having reached their junior year with a
minimum age of 16. Students wishing

Anointing
of the Sick
The Anointing of the sick is now no longer given just to the dying (Extreme
Unction) but to all who seek God's blessing and healing, strengthening grace in
any serious or extended illness. The
parish celebrates a communal Mass of Anointing each year and
at the regular 8:00 a.m. Mass on first Fridays.
Our shut-ins, homebound and nursing home residents are anointed
regularly.
Individual celebrations of this healing sacrament,
especially prior to hospital admission for tests and surgical procedures,
are available by making arrangements with Fr. John Aiello, 633-8284.
